Very Good Van Rental Service: I own a small flower shop in Brooklyn and this past week our delivery van broke down and i was in serious need of a vehicle. I called all over but every company had there prices so high it would have cost me far too much money to make my delivery’s. I was lucky enough to stumble across the name and number of The Passenger Van Rental Company Rent A Car and there deal they worked out for me made it feasible to rent the van and keep all my scheduled delivery’s. I want to thank The Passenger Van Rental Company for saving my week and being so great in working out a special price for the van and the extra miles I ended up needing.

Best Cheap Van Rentals Agency in NYC: Over Christmas my family and I rented a 15 passenger van from The Passenger Van Rental Company Rent a Car in Brooklyn, NY. We were going to a family reunion of sorts in South Virginia, while there the van had a mechanical problem. When we called the office to tell them what happened they tried to arrange for another van but because it was a holiday weekend they had no luck. What they did next amazed me and my family, they arranged for hotel rooms for all of us, paid us all for the day of work we ended up missing, and had one of there employees get into another 15 passenger van and start driving to pick us up. He drove us to each of our houses and dropped us off. They refunded the charge of the rental, had a check for us the next day for our lost day of pay, and gave us a large discount for our next rental. The people at The Passenger Van Rental Company were wonderful and went far and beyond what I think they needed to do to fix the problem. I know we will all be renting from them for a long time to come. I want to offer a special thanks to Sam, Ann, and the rest of the staff at The Passenger Van Rental Company Rent A Car, in my opinion the very best agency in all of NYC.

Best Van Rental compnay in NYC: Searching for a car rental in New York recently brought me back to a company I had not used in a while. My usual car renting partners are Enterprise and Dollar, and I won’t normally switch to another company unless a good deal catches my eye or some other compelling reason convinces me to switch. This was the case over Thanksgiving Day weekend when I needed a one- way car rental and quickly discovered that most car rental companies in my area did not offer them. But one company did and it earned my business. That company is.
I rented a Toyota Avalon from The Passenger Van Rental Company rent a car and dropped the car at MacArthur ISP Airport in Long Island New York ( that’s one hour away) at no additional charge.The Passenger Van Rental Company Car Rental is a service I have used on and off again for the past 15 years. In the old days, I was a frequent user of The Passenger Van Rental Company Car Rental but my usage slacked when I started to discover the cheaper prices offered at Enterprise Rent a Car and the economic advantages of renting from companies like Avis and Alamo where I had access to a corporate account with special rates. My attention moved away from National Car Rental for many years and I did not know when, if ever, I would think about using this company again.
My customer service experience with The Passenger Van Rental Company was a good one and I was especially impressed by the helpfulness of one specific The Passenger Van Rental Company staff member ( Ann Howland). I went to the counter and presented my e-mail confirmation printout to the rep. She looked it over, asked for my driver’s license and credit card, and asked what make of car I would like. She then gave me the lot location and sent me on my way. By accident, I walked over to an area where I thought I would find the cars. I could see the red The Passenger Van Rental Company Car Rental sign and assumed I was headed in the right direction. Once I got there, I realized that this was the wrong place- it was a service area for the rental cars. Before I could turn around and head back, a guy working at this service lot noticed that I looked confused/frustrated and he asked me what I was looking for. I told him and without hesitation he asked me to get into a car so that he could drive me to the actual lot and I could avoid the long walk back. He drove me right up next to the car I was renting, greatly exceeding my expectations for customer service and earning The Passenger Van Rental Company Car Rental some bonus points- points that could easily convince me to use them again in the future.
More and more great experience of my own with The Passenger Van Rental Company Car Rental which I will post in a later time.
